Tho wickets for to-day’s matches have been allotted as follow s— No. 1, Major Elliot’s eleven v. H.M.S. Ringarooma ; Noa. 2 and 3, Drapers’ Association; No. 4, St. Patrick’s College. Tho following will represent the united Tradesmen’s Club in their match this afternoon against cho first and second of St. Patrick’s College, at 2.30 sharp, on the Basin Reserve First Woods, Levers, Salmon, Hoffmann, Nowell, Bead, Kirkland, Thawley (2), S. Sweeney, Whalen; emergencies, Danks, Alpc and Rowe. Second—Wyatt, Bernaaconi, Burbidge, Arden, Smith, Mann, Bedford, Nicholls, Holdsworth, Wniteworth, W. Sweeney ; emergencies, Bridge, Sowmann. The following will represent Thorndon House Open C.C. against the D.I.C. to-day: —Clater, Wallace, Gibson, Keraley, Birch, Pauli, Bould, Russell, Frankel, O’Sullivan, Ingram ; emergencies—Hugo, Hill, Wellstead. The D.I.C. will be represented by J, Paul (captain), Fairbairn, Penney, S, Brown, Drake, Sedgwick, WiPiams, Cohen, Hansen, Onyon, Bailer. Play is to commence at 2.30 p.m. sharp. Tho following team will represent Parliament against a bt. Patrick’s College team on Monday next:—Hon W. P. Reeves, Hon-J. Carroll, A. K. Guinness, Plrani, Montgomery, Buick, Millar, McNab, Allen, G, J. Smith, Massey, Lang, Eanisbaw. The College wiT have a half-holiday for tho occasion. As Mr Cbas. Morton, of the Marine Hotel, Sumnor, was wicket-kecping on Saturday, a fast ball that was missed by tho batsman dashed into his face and shattered the bridge of his nose.
