On the Wellington Bowling Green yesterday afternoon Grays and Russell .s teams concluded their match in the Rink Tournament series, Gray 8 teani proving victorious by 2l point* to 15. In tho contest for Mr leader’s howls, Mr L. Blundejl met and O, L. W. Willepton by 21 points to 16. Ibis leaves the final, round to be fought out by Messrs L. Blundell and T. Ballinger. . The council of the Wellington Bowling Club have now under consideration a proposal to extend the pavilion to the end of the path, and to construct an upper story, which would; convert it into a two-story buildiug measuring 30ft In length by 20ft in width. Vir 'iurnbull n now preparing a rough plan for eubmia-ion to the council, and if it meets their approval a working bee will probably be instituted during taa winter months to make a start upon the contem. plated improvements*
