ALLEGED INCENDIARISM.

(PRESS association.) Christchurch, March S 3. By a fire in Madras street north a cottage owned and occupied by Mrs John C. Corr, whose husband, a solicitor, has left her, was totally destroyed. The circumstances have a suspicions appearance. The building is Insured in the New Zealand Office, bat the amount has not been ascertained. Mrs Corr cannot be found tonight. Later. Mrs Corr was arrested about 11 o’clock on a charge of inoendlarism. The insurances are £IOO on the house and £SOO on the farnltare, In the New Zealand Office.
