(PRESS ASSOCIATIONS) Gisborne, Jane 3. The Chairman of the Harbour Board gives notice of motion that Mr Napier Bell be consulted on Mr C. Y. O’Connor’s scheme for harbour improvement, with a view of carrying out the work. Auckland, June 3. Judge Conolly granted an injunction against the Onebunga Borough Council in respect to the interment of bodies in the Onebunga Reserve of 47 acres, granted under the Special Powers Contracts Act for a ride range, cemetery, and place of recreation. No burials took place prior to the passing of the Aot of 1881. The Act of 1882 provided that no oemeterial or burial ground should be established within the limits of any borough. The injunction was granted with costa. Twenty^nin 9 interments have already been made. Captain Marsh, of the American mission schooner Pitcairn, died this morning after a long illness. Westport, June 3. A man named Thoa. Fitzgerald, second cock of the steamer Obau, is missing. He was last seen on the wharf at midnight on Thursday. It was a dark and stormy night, and he was then slightly in liquor. It is conjectured that be fell into the river.
