The Natives ploughing on Mrs Donnelly’s alleged land are acting under instructions from Noa Gnke, who was admitted by the Native Land Court with Mrs Donnelly in the block. A re-hearing was applied for eighteen months ago, and in the meantime Huke considers be has an equal claim to the land with Mrs Donnelly.
