BANKRUPTCY COURT.
(per press association.) Blenheim, April 21. In the Bankruptcy Court yesterday,before the Chief Justice, Mr Charles Esrp, mcrchant, had bis discharge suspended for six months mainly for having opposed and appealed against his order of adjudication. Mr MoCallum appeared to oppose for several of the largest creditors, and Mr Rogers was for the bankrupt. The Judge refused to state the particular section nnder which he suspended, saying he did so on general grounds.
