The statistics of the rainfall of the mouth of February, published in tho Gazette, shows that the heaviest was expeilenced at Inglewood, Taranaki, where Is'lS inches fell, while the smallest was Capa Campbell, where the quantity registered was only 1-44 inches. The rainfall at Wellington, registered by the Government Observer, was 3-41 inches,
