MEMORANDA.
A brewery at Waitara is advertised for sale. Mr Henry Fielder, of the “Little Dustpan,” draws attention to his furniture factory and large assortment of glass and earthenware of every description. Mr Walter Freeman announces that he carries on business at the Bank Luncheon Rooms, Lambton quay. The annual general meeting of the Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company (Limited) will be held on the 24th inst., at the Chamber of Commerce. Dividend warrants for the half-year ending April 80 can be obtained by shareholders ot the N.Z. Land Mortgage Company, at tho office.
The N.Z, Temperance Alliance advertise for a secretary. An announcement of the Hamburg-Magdo* burg Fire Insurance Co. appears. The Union Steam Ship Co, advertise the sailing of the s.s, Wairarapa for tbe islands of the South Pacific, on July 16, from Auckland. A letter from Mr E. H. Goldsmith appears in our advertising columns.
