ENGLAND’S TERMS ACCEPTED BY RUSSIA. NEW, LOAN AT TWO PEE CENT. PREMIUM. A telegram has been received by Sir Julius Yogel from the Loan Agents in London that the new loan is quoted at two per cent premium ; also, that Russia has accepted England’s proposals, and that peace is assured. (ekdieb’s teleobams.) (Received Jane 1, 0.30 s.m.) Lonjjow, May .31. The reply of the Russian Government to the proposals of the English Eoreign Office was received yesterday, and the contents have been made public. By the arrangement which has been come to Maruchak and the Zulfikar Pass remain in the possession of Afghanstan, and the work of the Commission will only include the details of delimitation, the main points haring already been fixed.
