It Is requested that all communications Intended or Insertion In the news column may be addressed to The Editor. Also, that correspondents will write on one side of the paper only* otherwise their letters cannot be accepted. The widest latitude consistent with good taste will be extended to correspondents, but the slightest approach to scurrility or personality will stamp correspondence as unsu’table for Insertion. Subscribers who do not receive their papers regularly are requested to at ouce communicate with Tue Manager In order that the fault may be rectified SPECIAL NOTICE. Notice of the withdrawal of advertisements must be given In writing. Verbal communication Is absolutely inadmissible.
