kedter’s telegrams. (Received March 30, 1 a.m.) THE BANK OP SOUTH A.USTB ALIA. London, March 29. The Bank of South Australia has declared a dividend of 5 per cent, for the past half-year. IRISH AFFAIRS. The second batch of six prisoners who were found guilty of conspiring to assassinate Irish landlords have been sentenced to ten years’ penal servitude. Tweuty-one of the twentysix persons arrested at Balliarobe have been released from custody. The Bight Hon. Anthony Mundella has now recovered from his recent indisposition. THE MARQUIS OF SALISBURY AT BIRMINGHAM. In the course of an address to a crowded audience at Birmingham last evening, the Marquis of Salisbury declared that the unstable policy of the Government could not fail to alienate the confidence of the people.
