ANOTHER MACHINE ACCIDENT.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunkdin, September 27.
Oliver Harris, in the employ of Mesne Birmingham and Co., of the Victoria Foundry, was received into the hospital this afternoon, suffering from a serious accident. Tho injured man is a grinder, and the belt breaking, caused it to fly out and strike him, by which he received a compound fracture of the right elbow and wrist, and a similar fracture of the right jaw. The lad Garrick who had to undergo amputation of leg through being caught in machinery at Reid and Gray’s, ia progressing favorably. _________
