The report of the Royal Commission set up to inquire into the administration of the Porirua, Otaki, and other native trusts was presented to Parliarment on Friday. The Commissioners are unanimously of opinion that the Porirua trust had not been carried out. They are strongly of opinion that the interests of the natives would be best served by amalgamation of the Otaki and Porirua trusts, and the establishment of an efficient school at Otaki*
