The property known as the Aramoho Meat Freezing Works (Wanganui), which has been the subject of much litigation between a former proprietor, Mr Thomas Mitchell, and the Loan and Mercantile Company, was submitted to auction at Wanganui on Thursday, and bought in by' the company—the freehold, buildings, works, and plant for .£IO,OOO, loose assets and leaseholds £IOOO, and lighter £IOOO.
