The Arbitration Court, which is at present engaged in Otago and Southland, is expected to sit in Wellington in about a fortnight. There are already filed fifty-fiye case® for enforcement of award, nine for ©oolpensatmn. under the Workers’ Compensation for Accidents Act, twelve disputes, and six other applications. The disputes are as follows Seamen, shirtmakers, tailors, iron and brass-moulders, drivers (as to cab proprietors), coachmak©rs, furniture trades, engine-drivers, Federated Seamen, carpenters and joiners, plasterers, and tramway eaaployeeo v. City Council.
