An officer of the Euryalus, Avriting to a friend in Wellington, states that the programme of the flagship in XeAV Zealand waters has been fixed as follows: —January 7th, lea\-e Milford Sound ; January Bth, arrive Stewart Island, January 9th depart ; January 10th, arrive Dunedin, January 14th depart ; January 15th, arrive Lyttelton, January 20th depart; January 21st arrive Wellington, January 26th depart: February Ist, arrive Auckland, February 7th depart; February 11th, arrive Hobart, where she will stay till the middle of April. Messrs MacMahon’s Dramatic Company, headed by the Avell knoAvn actor and author, Mr George Darrell, after a three weeks’ season, just concluding, on th) West Coast of the South Island Avill visit Palmerston North for four nights, commencing on the 20th inst.. and commence a season of three weeks at the Opera House, Wellington, on the 30th January. The company is reported everyAvhcre as having made a decided hit, and the pieces in the repertoire, including ‘‘The Sunny South,” “The Sorrows of Satan,” “Transported for Life,” “Trilby,” and “The Lady of Lyons,” seem to have been produced in a manner tbat has excited unusual commendation. The business on the West Coast is said to be a record.
