Mr Williams lias had a long and 1-a.ried experience in all branches of the trade in England. He served for five years in the wholesale warehouse of Messrs Watt and Co. in Manchester. For some-years he has held responsible positions in this colony in the employ of Messrs Hallenstein Bros., the New Zealand Clothing Factory and the D. 1.0. He has latterly been acting as manufacturers’ agent in Dunedin for a number of English and French manufacturers. Mr Sherwood, who is a native of Nelson, was in the wholesale drapery trade with Messrs Sclanders and Co. for twenty-five years, and with Messrs Levin and Go., their successors, until they gave up that branch of their business. Mr Sherwood has a thorough knowledge of invoicing, having acted for tlie past fifteen'years as the licensed Customs agent of the film.
