BRITISH COLUMBIA LAKE.—There are many points of interest along the railway, but to many the lake region of British Columbia will appeal in the highest degree. There are remarkable bodies of water and points of the greatest beauty. The valleys are occupied by farms and cattle ranches, and flocks and herds are grazing everywhere. Notwithstanding this, goat, deer, bear and smaller game are plentiful, while the waters are filled with fish, so that no sportsman ever yet drew a blank.
