SWISS GUIDES.—The Swiss guides are, as everyone knows, expert mountaineers, and the Canadian-Pacific Railway, in bringing them out from Switzerland each year, and having a number stationed at each of their hotels so that they can accompany parties in their expeditions, has made the mountains peculiarly attractive to people who assemble from all parts of the world to make the ascents.
