ILLICILLIWAET VALLEY.—The valley of the Illicilliwaet, through which the railway winds its way, has many startling gorges— deep and dark. On the very brink of the deepest (Albert Canon), along which the railway runs, certain trains stop to give passengers an opportunity of peering into its depths.
