It has been decided that Mr T. A. Aldridge, stationmaster at Lumsden, shall be transferred to Balclutha. instead of to Dannevirkes as originally proposed. Mi’ E. 0. Burge, of Pahiatua. will go to Dannevirke, Mr J. Ballans from Waikari to Pahiatua, Mr C. F. Somerfield from Papakura to Waikari, and Mr A. P. Smith from Westport to Papakura.
