LONDON, February 8. The Foreign Ministers at Pekin ; insist on the execution of Tung-fu-hsiang, and. also insist that a- sentence cf execution shall be passed upon Prince Tuan and Duke Lan; but agree that in the cash of those two sentences they may be commuted to exile, owing to the relation of the culprits to the Throne. The Ministers insist ion the execution of Chih-liun, Henchengu, and Yu-hsietn. The reported death cf the last-named was unfounded.
