The Tasmanian Match,' 500 yards, ten shots, was won by Driver Lane, of the Army Service, Corps, with a score of 48. Hogpen (WoodvilleV tied with several at I the same score, and in. the shoot-off took •the third prize of £3. Other prize-win-ners were: —Jessop, £2: J. Mclntosh (Wellington), £l.; Corporal Winslade (Wanganui),. £s&; McHattie (Masterton), £l. Chisholm, of Kiama, won first prize L (£l2) in the Queensland Match, 500 yards, ten shots, with a score of 50. New V Zealand prize-winners were: —Private T. • Robinson (Christchurch), 46; Private ■ McGregor ■ (OamartsJ, 46; Captain Stead. .*•> ’ man (Auckland), 45; Gatland, 45; G. *.;< Loveday (Woodville). 44 : Ingp.en (Wood--r: ville), 43—£1 each. , ' The Westralian Match, 000 yards, ten - shots, first prize £6, was won by H. Hoilard (Wellington), with a score of 45. Private T. Robinson- (Christchurch), with pi a score of 42, won £l. • Jf '- :r Fhe Hopetoun (Aggregate) Prize of • fi £2O was won by Young, of Victoria, “- 1 with 120. Corporal Winslade (Wanganui) '"■ was seventeenth with 112. and took £4, )and H. Hollard (Wellington), with 110, won £3. On account of the death of Sir James Dickson, the Federal and State Ministers were not present at the annual meeting of the National Rifle Association to-day. Lieutenant-Colonel Collins responded / cn behalf of New Zealand to the toast of “ Kindred Associations.” Lord Hopetoun visited the range during the afternoon.
