HON JOHN M'KENZIE
SAILED FOR NEW ZEALAND. .' ADDRESS TO WAIHEMO ELECTORS. "LONDON, Friday. !« The Hon John 'McKenzie, Minister of - Lands, has sailed for New Zealand in the steamer Gothic. A Press Association message from Dunedin states that in a letter from the Hon John McKenzie to a member of his family, dated August 25th, the Minister enclosed an address to the electors of Waiheino, accepting a requisition from 2276 electors to again contest the Waihemo seat at the general election. One of Mr McKenzie's sons has since received a cablegram stating that his father and his party had sailed in the GotMc for New Zealand, and were all well.
