The hall was moat tastefully decorated with bunting, Chinese lanterns, evergreens, mirrors, pictures, and cricket material. The stage • !was set out as a drawing-room, from which the onlookers were able to obtain a good view of the dancers. The music was supplied by Mr D. McKinnon Bain's orchestra.
