MR HUTCHESON’S VISIT TO TEMUKA. TIMARU, Saturday." Mr John Hutcheson, senior M.iI.R. for Wellington City, addressed a public meeting at Temuka last, night, and met with a hearty reception. Mr Twomey, M.L.C., proprietor of the “Temuka Leader,” wished to reply to criticisms by Mr Hutcheson upon the marine cortificate scandal. The. meeting, however, declined to listen to him until Mr Hutcheson intervened and bespoke a herring for him. Mr Twomey’s reply was subject to frequent interruption. Mr Hut' cheson received a vote of thank®.,
