Acceptances close at the same place on WEDNESDAY, 23rd December, at 7 p.m. Weights for the second day's handicaps will be declaied at the Empire Hotel on the night of the first day's races. Acceptances will close at the same place at a time to be specified when weights are posted. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by the proper fees, otherwise they may be rejected. In entering, the colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances, and colours to be worn by the rider must be stated ; also the number of race to be entered for. Special attention is requested to this rule. 2. A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time (Hack and Hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Hunter races at the time of nomination. 3.
