•Sound Business Policy. —Mrs Walker : “ I don’t see why the doctors recommend bicycle i-iding. If it makes people healthier it is a loss to the doctors.” Mr Walker : “ 1 know ; but they calculate that one sound, healthy ridor; will disable at least five x->edestrians per week.”
