London, November 19. Mr Cecil Rhodes intends to visit England again. The correspondent at Buluwayo of the Daily Telegraph wires that the presence of a body of 2000 natives is causing anxiety, and an outbreak is feared. Hussara the suburbs, and prospectors owwde the town have been warned. Mr Thompson, rinderpest inspector, predicts that not 1 per cent, of the cattle in Cape Colony will be saved.
