THE TURKISH QUESTION.
— v Constantinople, November 10. The Turks have killed a hundred Armenians at Kaisarich in, Asia Minor. Constantinople, November 13. The Sultan has released 1800 Armenians. Paris, November 13. M. Hanotaux, Minister for Foreign Affairs, says the Powers are considering whether they should make further demands from the Sultan. Le Temps states that the Sultan’s advisers suggest the revision of Mid hat Pasha’s Constitution, which would possibly pacify Europe. Washington, November 10. The Armenian Relief Committee are appealing to the Government to intervene in Turkey to prevent further atrocities against the Armenians.
