BISMARCK'S REVELATIONS.

Vienna, November 6

Prince Bismarck has informed a local newspaper that the Czar, in the middle of the seventies, asked Germany to remain neutral if K-ussia attacked Galicia, the reason assigned being thatthe Russian army was tired of peace. No reply was sent and no action was taken, with the exception of the recall of the German Ambassador. The Czar, he states, shortly after entered into a compact with Austria enabling Russia to attack Turkey ; but that against the wish of the Czar Austria informed Germany of the intrigue. St. Petersburg, November 6.

The Czar has ordered the production of the documents connected with the secret treaty referred to by Prince Bismarck.
