RUSSIA WILL NOT INTERFERE IN COREA.

A Foraign Office official says the relations between Russia and Great Britain concerning Corea are satisfactory. Lord Salisbury lias received assurances that Russia does not aim to interfere in that country. An Englishman named McLoary Brown, who was recently in tho service of the Chinese Customs, has been appointed to tho financial control of Corea.
