MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
The two boys, Walter Cathro and Frederick Needham, charged with the theft of =£3 from Air T. Young, solicitor, were on Saturday admitted to probation for three months. Henry AlcLaughlin was fined =£l, or seven days’ imprisonment, for throwing a packet of cigarettes to a prisoner named Jefford. Three hoys named Frederick Thatcher. John Kinsella and Louis Karry were charged with having stolen some pigeons, the property of W. C. Fitz Gerald. Thatcher was convicted and committed to St. Mary’s Industrial School, Nelson. The other two boys were discharged.
