THE BUSH COUNTRY Can he taken up, and the Settler assisted to tut the Land in Grass and Build a Dave lung. Tenure—Lease in Perpetuity ; Pent, 4- per cent, IMPROVED FARMS. There are also from time to time open for selection Improved Farms re-purchased by the Government from early selectors of large areas. These lands are divided into Farms of 10 to 500 Acres, to suit the capital of all classes of settlers, and are leased in perpetuity at 5 per cent., with no re-valuation at any future time. FOR INVALIDS There are the Healing Springs of Waiwera, To Aroha, Okoroire, Rotorua, in the North, and Hanmer in the South. These have cured many of Rheumatism, Eczema, Gout, Neuralgia, and other diseases. At all of them there are Comfortable Baths, with the best appliances and aid, and good accommodation at hotels and boarding-houses. F 0 R TOURIS T The Scenery of New Zealand is invigorating.
