These lands are divided into Farms of 10 to 500 Acres, to suit the capital of all classes of settlers, and are leased in perpetuity at 5 per cent., with no re-valuation at any future time. FOR INVALIDS There are the Healing Springs of Waiwera, To Aroha, Okoroire, Rotorua, in the North, and Hanmer in the South. These have cured many of Rheumatism, Eczema, Gout, Neuralgia, and other diseases.
