RUSSIA'S FOREIGN POLICY.
London, May 13. It is reported that Russia has obtained a concession of foreslmro rights at Chefoo in China, which will interfere with British traders.
The Government is making enquiries as to the extent of tho injury. St. Petersburg, May 13. Tho Russian squadron will rendezvous at Chefoo.
Tho Czar has launched two powerful warships on the Neva, one of them larger than tho Rurik.
A third, which is the duplicate of the Terrible, is being built. Paris, May Pi. The Figaro states that the dispute between Italy and Abyssinia has been brought to a peaceful end through the influence of Russia. London, May I f. Mr J. N. Curzon, Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Office, has informed the House of Commons that the Chinese Government had been warned not to include any British territory in the Russian concession without payment of compensation. Shanghai, May 18. Information from Corea states that the King is returning to the palace, and that tho Russians are re-embarking on board their warships.
