A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held last week, Air Justice Denniston presiding. J'ho applications for the discharge of Patrick L. Harnett, hotelkeeper, William Bar; aid , clerk, and J. J. Dooley, contractor, were granted. An application by John McColl, cabman, who admit ted that it was hirs third insolvency within twenty years, was adjourned.
