In 1801 tho imports of wool into the United Kingdom wero 705,000,0001 b, of which 3G0,00C,0001b wero retained for manufacture. Of the imports no loss than 012,000,0001 b were from British colonies, mainly the Australian. The actual consumption of the United Kingdom was, therefore, 252,000,0001 b less than the imports from tho British colonies alone. The re-cxaorts to other countries were no less than 310,000,0001 b. A Norfolk Island correspondent says that the Southern Cross is expected to bo back on the 11th June, and will then go on to Auckland for the usual midwinter trip. It is the intention of Bishop Wilson and Archdeacon Palmer to lecture and preach on behalf of the mission in New Zealand, Australia and Tasmania in the last three months of the year. Afterwards the Bishop poes to Enjrlaad to attend the Lambeth Coafergnco.
