A MISTAKE CORRECTED.
In our issue of last week we stated that a motion was heard on April 'J,~> by tho Chief Justice at the instance of Sir Robert Stout on behalf of Mr Wm. Sinclair, of Blenheim, to set aside an order mado by tho Court in the case of O'Sullivan v. Sinclair on July 23rd last, ordering tho defendant to pay -£7O-1 into Court, and also to set aside tho Registrar's certificate finding that sum of money to bo in Mr Sinclair's hands as trustee. We regret that wo should have fallen into an error in tho matter. Tho report should have read that the motion was made on behalf of Messrs Sinclair and O'Leary in the case of O'Sullivan v. Sinclair and O'Laory, ordering- them to pay the sum named into Court and to set aside the Registrar's certificate finding that sum of money to be in the hands of Messrs Sinclair and O'Lacry as trustees.
