Vienna, April 28. Dr Lunger's retirement from the oflice of Mayor of Vienna, at the request of the Emporer, is only temporary, and he will act as Deputy until after the Millennial celebration oi' the foundation of the Hungarian Monarchy, when tho Crown will sanction his election. London, April 28. The Vienna correspondent of the Times says that the Integer incident has created a profound sensation, lie adds that Dr Lunger leads a party as hostile to the Hungarian as to tho Austrian Jews.
