VOLUNTEERS.
Air Stevenson has been elected captain of the proposed Woodvillo volunteer corps, and Alcssrs Morrell and McKinnon lieutenants. Exactly 100 names of those willing to join tho company have been handed in. Major Collins, lion secretary and treasurer of the New Zealand Ilille Association, has received a letter from Air W. Foskott, secretary of the National Rille Association of New South Wales, acknowledging the kindness with which the New South Wales team was treated in New Zealand. Tho Council of the New South Wales Association, added the writer, trusted that at an early date they might receive a visit from a New Zealand team.
