The following members of the Wanganui Bowling Club have signified their willingness to go to Nelson for the two-rink contest : Alessrs Notman, Rodwell, Bennie, Elliott, Willis, Perrott, May and Anderson, rA bowling match played on Monday Wanganui v. Nelson, was won by Nelson. The return match Wanganui v. Nelson was played on Tuesday, and resulted in favour of Nelson —Mansion!, Trask, Gillicit and Kemplhorne, 24, against Willis, Hogg, Perrott and Anderson, 13, and Sharp, Lyell, Rout and Preshaw, 27, against Elliott, Coleman, Notman and Rodwell, 2(5.
