The Brazilian Government demands the restoration of Trinidad in the South Atlantic —which some time since it was reported Great Britain had annexed—and threatens to cease diplomatic relations unless the request be complied with. „, Ottawa, January 21. The Dominion Government has assented to the Behring Sea fishery dispute being submitted to arbitration between Great Britain and the United States, each to appoint two delegates, and Switzerland tho umpire.
