GREAT DYNAMITE EXPLOSION.

London, March 20. A vessel laden with dynamite exploded at Wesel, on the Rhine, and 25 people were killed. Berlin, March 20. There were fifteen tons of dynamite on board the vessel. This part of the cargo was intended for transhipment for Australia. The explosion destroyed two other ships which were lying near at hand. The shock was felt miles away. Every house in the vicinity was destroyed, and in the outlying villages many people were injured. The prevalent belief at remote distances was that an earthquake had occurred.
