Tramway Handicap, of 30 sovs ; second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes. Distance, one mile. Nomination, 15s; acceptance, 15s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Definition of a hack. A hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race to the not value of over 40 sovs (hack and hunters’ races excepted). 2. Nominations and Acceptances (in proper form) must be accompanied by the necessary fee, otherwise they will bo rejected. If Nominations or Acceptances are telegraphed, the fees must be forwarded by first mail ■•boreafter. This rule will be strictly enforced; 3. Nominations must state name, age, colour, pedigreo, and past performances where not known to the handicapper, and colours to be worn by the rider. 4. The winner of any advertised race, after the declaration of weights, to the net value of 30 sovs, to carry a penalty of 51b in the Sandon Handicap. The winner of any advertised race, after declaration of weights, to tbo not value of 30 sovs, to carry a penalty of 71b in the Flying Stakes Handicap and slb in the Tramway Handicap. 5.
