The dairy produce was made up as follows : —From Wellington, 144 tons cheese and 143 tons butter; Auckland, 8 tons cheese and 22 tons butter ; Lyttelton, 46 tons cheese and 24 tons butter ; Dunedin, 190 tons cheese and 3 tons butter : total, 388 tons cheese and 197 tons butter. The barque Centurion, under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Company, left Wednesday morning for London, with a cargo comprising 3779 bales wools and skins, 46 bales basils and leather, 23 bags leather, 6 do. hair, 210 do. hemp, 1 do. feathers, 884 casks tallow and pelts, &c.

ARRIVAL OF THE TAINUI. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s R.M.S. Tainui, captain Evans, arrived at 6 p.m. on Monday from London via Plymouth, Teneriffe, the Cape and Hobart. She left London on the 24th January and Plymouth on the 26th, and experienced very fine weather from the latter port to Teneriffe, where she arrived at 7 a.m. on the 31st January. left for the Cape at 2.40 p.m. Fine and cool weather prevailed through the Tropics, until 18 degrees S. was reached, when strong S.E. wind set in with considerable head sea, and continuing almost to - arrival at Table Bay on 16th February. After landing 26 passengers and embarking four, she left for Hobart at 3.15 p.m. Fine weather prevailed from the Cape to Habort, w h®!- e she arrived at 7 a.in. on the 7th inst. and landed 33 passengers, mails, and 270 tons cargo. After coaling she left for Wellington at 3 p.m. After the Tainui left Hobart a strong S.W. gale with very high sea was experienced, but the weather was clear and fine, and the gale moderated towards arrival at the Straits.
