LAWN TENNIS.
The return tennis match between the Eoslyn and Petone Clubs, was played at Kilbirnie on Saturday, when the Eoslyns, after some very interesting arid closelycontested games, beat the visiting team by two points, the scores being— Eoslyn, 319 ; Petone, 317. A. Peel has won the tennis championship of Auckland, and Miss Nicholson the ladies' championship.
