Bankers here and on tho Continent will probably take tho unallotted balance of tho United States bonds. The American Treasury, it is said, is printing bonds to the amount of five hundred million dollars, and President Cleveland is alleged to havo declared that he will issue them all if necessary. New York, January 30. A trust with capital of <£(5,000,000 has been formed here to control the chief harbour stores and grain elevators.
