Voting papers in connection with the forthcoming election of three members of the Board of Education, in place of Messrs J. R. Blair, F. Bradey and Dr Newman, whose term of office has expired, and who are again candidates, were despatched to the various committe is on Monday, and are returnable on the 28 bh inst.
