An American warship proceeds to Samoa. The American Senate has passed tho sugar duties. The South African cricketers in their match with the Marylebone Club won by eleven runs. The St. Pancras Coroner has committed the American General Hewston (who killed a street musician with his umbrella) for trial on the charge of manslaughter. The defence was that the occurrence was an accident.
