The Ghazis attacked the Black Mountain expeditionary forces at the village of Ghazikal, and were repulsed with a loss of 25 men killed. The British troops had six killed and 13 wounded. (SPECIAL TO PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Calcutta, March 20. The Bill raising the age of consent in native marriages has been passed. Calcutta, March 21. The Indian Budget shows a surplus of 2,750,000 rupees.
